NICE TO MEET YOU!

I am Billy, the owner of Shimoda Vacation Homes. I moved from the UK to Japan in 1998 from the UK and I design and manage beach houses with my wife Noriko.

I hope guests can escape from normal life and enjoy our  “beach-pop” vibe interior design as well as enjoy the beautiful nature a history of Shimoda/Izu area.

Our houses are large spaces to hang out with friends and family and all have the important things including like large wine glasses, sharp knives, bluetooth speakers, fast WiFi and Weber BBQ's. We want guests enjoy the experience and go home with great memories. 

We also support guests with information on activities such as surfing, walking, sight-seeing, biking and Shimoda’s restaurants and Onsens.
